  • In case of a dispute, you agree to notify us first and attempt mediation before filing any claims.

2. Interpretation of Terms

In these Terms:

  • Dolcevideo.com means our website at www.dolcevideo.com.

  • we/our/us refers to GLAMOUR MODELS INC S.R.L., the operator of Dolcevideo.com.

  • Business User means someone using the platform for commercial purposes.

  • Consumer means any user not considered a business user.

  • Content refers to any material uploaded by users, including photos, videos, audio, streams, text, metadata, images, GIFs, memes, etc.

  • Contract between Fan and Creator governs each interaction between them.

  • Creator is a user who posts content for others to view.

  • Creator Earnings is the portion of Fan Payments payable to the Creator, minus fees and taxes.

  • Interaction includes subscriptions, pay-per-view, messages, etc.

  • Fan is a user who registers and accesses Creator content.

  • Fan Payment means any payment for interaction with a Creator.

  • Indirect Sales Taxes apply based on applicable laws.

  • Notice means a way to communicate with users (e.g. email, account, call).

  • Referral User participates in the affiliate program.

  • Subscription is a recurring payment agreement for access to content.

  • Subsidiary is an entity owned wholly or partially by GLAMOUR MODELS INC S.R.L.

  • Taxes mean any duties, levies, or required charges.

  • Terms of Use is the legally binding agreement between you and us.

  • Upload means submitting any content to Dolcevideo.com.

  • User means any person using the site (Fan, Creator, or both).

4. Changes to the Terms

We may update the Terms:

  • To comply with laws or regulations

  • To prevent risk to the platform, users, or third parties
    In other cases, we will notify you. Continued use means you accept the changes.

5. Modification, Suspension, or Discontinuation of Dolcevideo.com

We may:

  • Add or change website features

  • Temporarily or permanently suspend access

  • Do not guarantee uninterrupted availability

6. Registration

By registering, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

To create a Fan account:

  • Be 18+ years old

  • Have legal capacity

  • Be legally allowed to access such content

  • Not have felony convictions

  • Agree to pay for Creator interactions

To create a Creator account:

  • Upload valid ID and two photos

  • Provide bank/payment method

  • Set up payout method

  • Provide VAT number if applicable

  • Upload content for Fans

  • Set subscription price if needed

  • Provide other info upon request

7. Adult Content

Some content is sexually explicit. You agree to view it knowingly. We are not responsible for consequences of viewing such content.

8. Content – General Provisions

  • Content is not confidential.

  • Fans may view it for personal, lawful use.

  • You are fully legally responsible for your content.

  • If someone helps manage your account, you remain liable.

  • You warrant that:

    • Content complies with law

    • You own the rights

    • Third-party participants gave written consent

    • Content meets quality and description expectations

  • If not, you must compensate the platform.

9. We Do Not Control Content

  • We do not endorse or guarantee user content.

  • We may moderate or remove it but are not obliged to.

  • You must keep documentation for all published content (ID, consent forms, etc.).

10. Subscriptions and Purchases

  • All Fan–Creator interactions are governed by separate contracts.

  • The platform only provides infrastructure, not a party to the contract.

  • Creators set their own prices.

  • All prices are in USD.

  • Local taxes may apply.

  • Fans must pre-register payment info.

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled manually.

  • Canceling keeps access until the end of the paid period.

  • Unjustified chargebacks may lead to account suspension.

  • Wallet top-ups are non-refundable.

11. Payments to Creators

  • Payments are processed by third-party providers.

  • 20% platform commission applies.

  • Earnings are withdrawable only once reflected in balance.

  • Minimum payout threshold applies.

  • All transactions are in USD; banks may charge fees.

  • Chargebacks may be deducted from Creator earnings.

12. Taxes

  • Creators are responsible for their own tax compliance.

  • Dolcevideo.com does not offer tax advice or assume liability.

  • Accounts may be restricted for suspected tax evasion.

  • EU/UK Creators must follow VAT rules.

  • All tax liability lies with the user.

13. Platform Rights and Responsibilities

  • We may remove content violating these Terms.

  • We will delete illegal content upon notice.

  • We may use automated moderation tools, including AI.

  • We are not required to explain removals but may notify you.

  • Account suspension means loss of content access.

  • We may cooperate with law enforcement.

  • We own anonymized platform usage data.

  • We may contact you via email, notifications, or SMS.

14. What We Are Not Responsible For

  • We do not control or guarantee user content.

  • We are not liable for:

    • Lost data

    • Account hacks

    • Third-party distribution of your content

    • Use of your likeness without consent

    • Technical issues

    • Losses from other users' actions

    • Consequences of rule violations

15. Reasons for Account Suspension and Freezing Income

We may suspend or delete accounts, freeze payouts, cancel Fan interactions, and issue refunds if:

  • These Terms are violated

  • User actions threaten the platform or others

  • Earnings were obtained fraudulently

Upon suspension:

  • You will be notified

  • You may appeal within 6 months or forfeit rights

16. Copyrights and Licenses

You confirm that:

  • You do not violate third-party copyrights

  • You own or have rights to your content
    You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to:

  • Display

  • Store

  • Distribute

  • Create derivatives

We will not sell your content to other platforms. If Dolcevideo is sold, licenses may transfer. We may file copyright claims on your behalf. You may not sue us over jointly created content.

17. Joint Content

For joint content:

  • All participants must be listed as Creators

  • All must be 18+ and provide written consent

  • We may request proof

  • Content will be removed if consent is withdrawn

  • We do not intervene in co-author disputes

18. Links to and from Dolcevideo

You may share links to Dolcevideo only fairly and without misleading.
It is prohibited to imply Dolcevideo endorses your content without permission.
Advertising Dolcevideo accounts via Google Ads or similar is forbidden.
We are not responsible for third-party websites linked on the platform.

19. Domain Names

You may only use Dolcevideo in a domain name if:

  • You own the domain

  • It redirects to your Dolcevideo profile

  • You have written permission and signed a license
    Violations may result in dispute action or other remedies.

20. Advertising on Dolcevideo

If you publish sponsored content, you must:

  • Clearly label it (#ad, #sponsored, etc.)

  • Disclose the brand and recipient of payment

  • Not promote prohibited goods (tobacco, drugs, gambling, etc.)

  • Not advertise alcohol to minors

  • Comply with Terms and local laws

21. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated content must:

  • Comply with these Terms

  • Be tagged with hashtags like #AI or #AIGenerated

22. Account Deletion

For Fans:

  • Delete via settings

  • Subscriptions end, no further charges

  • Account and content access will be lost

For Creators:

  • Account deleted after all subscriptions end

  • Remaining earnings will be paid

  • Content access is removed

  • Joint content posted by others may remain

23. Liability for Damages

For Consumers:

  • We do not limit liability where unlawful

  • We are not liable for:

    • Lost profit

    • Business interruptions

    • Data loss

    • Tech failures

    • Unauthorized content distribution

    • Doxing

    • Force majeure

  • In the US, liability is capped at $250 per incident

For Business Users:

  • No guarantee of earnings, uptime, or compliance by others

  • No implied warranties

  • Liability capped at the greater of:

    • 100% of fees paid to us

    • Or $5,000

24. General Provisions

  • If any part is invalid, the rest remain effective

  • Waiver of one term doesn’t waive others

  • This does not create employment or partnership

  • You may not assign your rights

  • We may assign our rights to others

25. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

For Consumers:

  • Romanian law or your local law applies

  • Disputes handled in Romania or your local courts

For Business Users:

  • Romanian law applies

  • Disputes resolved in Bucharest, Romania
