Welcome to Dolcevideo.com ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). This Creator Content Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions governing your use of Dolcevideo as a verified content creator.
By registering and using Dolcevideo.com, you confirm that you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Eligibility and Age Verification

  • You must be 18 years of age or older to use the Platform.

  • You agree to undergo identity verification (KYC), which includes submitting:

    • A valid government-issued photo ID

    • Proof of age (18+)

  • Access to upload features is granted only after successful manual verification by a Dolcevideo moderator.

2. Content Submission and Legal Consent

  • You certify that:

    • You are the legal owner of the content you upload.

    • All individuals depicted in your content are 18+ and have provided explicit, documented consent.

  • If your content features other individuals:

    • You are required to upload a Model Release Form for each identifiable person.

  • You grant Dolcevideo a worldwide, non-exclusive license to publish, display, distribute, and monetize your content on the Platform.

3. Content Moderation Policy

  • All uploaded content is subject to manual review before publication.

  • Until approved by moderators, content will remain in a "Pending Review" status.

  • Moderators may:

    • Approve the content (it goes live)

    • Reject the content (you will be notified and it remains hidden)

  • Use of automated moderation tools (e.g., Microsoft Content Moderator API) may also be applied.

4. Live Streams and Platform Control

  • All live streaming and video hosting must occur on Dolcevideo-managed servers or cloud services.

  • Dolcevideo reserves the right to interrupt or terminate live streams at any time, especially in case of policy violations.

5. Reporting and Takedown Requests

  • A "Report" button will be available on all published content.

  • Complaints may be submitted by:

    • Viewers

    • Individuals depicted in the content

  • We commit to:

    • Reviewing all complaints within 7 business days

    • Immediately removing content found to be illegal or non-consensual

  • Individuals may request content removal if they are featured without consent.

6. Record-Keeping and Audits

  • We maintain internal reports in compliance with Mastercard's audit requirements.

  • Reports include:

    • Complaints and actions taken

    • Takedown details

    • URLs and IDs of removed or flagged content

  • Reports are generated monthly in CSV or PDF format and stored securely.

7. Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited:

  • Depictions of non-consensual acts, minors, or exploitation

  • Content violating applicable laws or regulations

  • Content not properly documented or without participant consent
    Violation will result in immediate removal and possible account termination.

8. Policy Changes

Dolcevideo reserves the right to update this Agreement. If changes are made:

  • We will notify you on the Platform

  • Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms
